Melrose and Centre Mat Defenders Youth Wrestling 2023-24, Grades PreK-6

Melrose and Sauk Centre youth wrestling programs are pairing together this year to be one united team. Most practices will be in Sauk Centre located in the cafeteria area or stage. Transportation can be provided to and from Sauk Centre most nights. Contact R. Anderson if you need transportation.

Parent Meeting: Monday, Nov. 13 @ 6:30pm - Sauk Centre High School Cafeteria. If you cannot attend, reach out to Coach Anderson. Payment for registration and deposit for equipment will be collected at this meeting.

Practices: Mondays and Thursdays - Starting Nov. 27th from 6:00-7:30 pm. Most practices will be at the Sauk Centre Armory. That space has been rented to reduce the amount of time spent putting down and picking up wrestling mats.

• Practices will extend through the Albany Jaycees State Tournament in Mid-April and be every Monday and Thursdays with the exception of a few dates due to conflicts. We are trying to schedule a few nights in Melrose. Details will be provided at the parent meeting.

Cost: $50 - includes a t-shirt - to be paid at the parent meeting
