The Melrose Elementary Swimming Program is for students in grades 3-6. The purpose of the program is to acquaint students with the skills needed for competitive swimming, including backstroke, butterfly, breaststroke, and freestyle. Diving from the diving board will not be included in the regular program. Students should have basic swimming skills--this program is NOT swimming lessons. Our goal for the program is to instill a love of swimming in younger students, so they develop a love for this life-long sport.

*Please bring swimsuits, swim caps, GOGGLES, and towels. Safety will be a prime concern. We’re looking forward to working with your children!

Fee includes t-shirt, practices, meet and awards.
